• Billing cycles

  You can cancel your account at any time and your membership will expire at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel and find the expiration date in your settings. • Reschedule a session (under 24 hours)

  To avoid last minute changes, reschedules via the platform are not possible. Of course things do come up and people need to reschedule at short notice. If you can't make it to a scheduled session, message the other person right away. The #1 priority is to let the know so they can plan accordingly.
