Refunds
Per our Terms of Service refunds are possible within 14 days of the start of membership when no call has been scheduled in the system. Refund possibilities are forfeited when a call with a mentor is requested and accepted within the platform or the direct messaging function has been used to solicit advice from mentors or connect outside of the platform. You can cancel your account at any time and your membership will expire at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel and find the expiration date in your settings. The GrowthMentor app reads the time zone from your computer so if you travel to a new time zone and your laptop changes time, it will show you a warning. Sync your calendar here to have your accepted sessions automatically go to your personal calendar. The majority of missed sessions can be attributed to not having calendars synced, so if you choose not sync your calendar be sure to manually enter all of your accepted sessions onto your personal calendar. Before giving insider tips on how to find responsive mentors, it must be mentioned that our team monitors mentor responsiveness daily. Mentors who are unresponsive are removed from the feed. Sessions
Reschedule a session (under 24 hours)
To avoid last minute changes, reschedules via the platform are not possible. Of course things do come up and people need to reschedule at short notice. If you can't make it to a scheduled session, message the other person right away. The 1 priority is to let the know so they can plan accordingly. Still pending acceptance If you havenāt heard from a mentor and really would like to specifically talk to them, definitely send a message in the session chat explaining WHY you selected them based on the information in their profile. This used to be 24 hours, but the mentors found sometimes that was just too soon to throw something into their schedule.
